Fragile as Morning Fog is a solo piano piece I recently wrote and released.
The piece is built around a simple and calm piano idea. While composing it, I wanted to keep the arrangement minimal and let the melody and dynamics carry most of the emotion.
I usually try not to overcomplicate solo piano pieces. For this track, the focus was on keeping the performance natural, leaving enough space between phrases, and allowing the piece to develop gradually without adding unnecessary layers.
The title, Fragile as Morning Fog, came from the overall feeling of the music. The piece has a quiet and delicate character, but at the same time, I didn’t want it to feel overly sad or dark.
This track is part of a group of pieces I have been working on over the past months, and it also marks my return to releasing music again.
